Single Review – Resolve.

It is safe to say that rising underground titans, Arcane Roots have come far since the release of their critically acclaimed EP ‘Left Fire’.

Spawning such tracks as the colossal ‘You Are’ and the awkwardly melodic yet beautiful ‘Habibty’, this trio have begun to pave their way towards stardom, gaining the support of musical heros such as Simon Neil (Biffy Clyro) and Daniel P Carter (Radio 1).

Released as a free download on 30th October, their latest track ‘Resolve’ is a wonder to behold! From the first note to the last, this track proves itself worthy of ‘anthem’ status. Jam packed with crushing riffs, pounding drums and crisp bass lines, this is Arcane Roots in true style.

‘Resolve’ provides listeners with a chorus worthy enough to have you singing all the day long and still leave you wanting more! Vocalist and guitarist Andrew Groves’ vocals perfectly shine through a seemless mix, whilst rhythm section Adam Burton (Bass) and Daryl Atkins (Drums) accompany with a thunderous force. Not only is this track a masterpiece in terms of composition but also in sonic quality.

This is a band in true form, I for one cannot wait to see what Arcane Roots will next bring to the table.
